We are a conscious dance community and we dance online bringing inclusive, safe and accessible virtual dances to everybody. Join us for a variety of healing online dance events, live DJ music and mindful practices.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free form of dance in which the dancers are encouraged to move, play and express as they please.
Ecstatic Dance belongs to a conscious dance family and like other conscious dances (5 rhythms, Biodanza, Open floor, Trance Dance) promotes integration of a person's emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being through therapeutic use of movement and dance.
Why we dance online?
- Because we can dance from our own space (it saves time, money and energy);
- Because we can dance in our own terms;
- Because we can wear our craziest outfits; and
- Because we can bring Ecstatic Dance to our loved ones (pets, kids, family, friends, roomies, plants, etc.) and share the dancing space with them.
Ecstatic Dance Online host
Alena Pashnova is a certified dance movement therapist, Ecstatic Dance event organizer, passionate dancer, facilitator and ceremony leader.
Ecstatic Dance Online DJs
Our resident DJs Silvax (Germany), DJ Mystic Monkey (Romania) and DJ FullMoonDancer (UK) play their ecstatic dance music regularly.
But we also invite a variety of international DJs from all over the world (US, UK, Costa Rica, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Australia, Indonesia, France, Canada, etc.).
